Katherine “Kat” A. Knight

I started Alkemia Growth because I believe growth and integrity aren't a trade-off. I'm the vision behind everything we do here, always looking at what's next and where we're growing.

I've spent more than fifteen years in paid growth, mostly Meta and Google, after a great run in tech. Alkemia Growth started as just me and my first couple of clients, which is part of why I'm still so close to the brands we work with. I helped grow them. I believe in them.

Porte + Hall was one of our first accounts, and we stayed together seven years, with blended ROAS that never dipped below 266% as revenue kept climbing. At Thigh Society, revenue grew more than 500%, and the account crossed its annual goal with a full quarter still to go, two years running.

I'm a numbers person who believes in magic. People assume you have to pick a lane, the spreadsheet or the spark, and the best growth I've made came from refusing to choose. Now we're building everything we know into intelligence of our own, built on your brand, your customers, and your numbers, so what it learns stays yours.

Lauren Fahey

I’m a partner at Alkemia Growth on the creative side. I’m an art director and designer, and my work spans social, digital, web, photography, and production. Before going independent in 2016, I spent four years at VaynerMedia, working across digital campaigns and new-business pitches and helping grow and mentor its junior creative team.

I’ve worked with the team on client accounts including Porte + Hall, one of the brands in our Growth Stories, shaping the creative that carries a brand into every ad.

Jaclyn “Jac” Brilhart

I’m a partner at Alkemia Growth on the production side. I’m a New York–based executive producer and casting director, and the founder of Jackie B. Productions, producing high-end photo and motion work for fashion and lifestyle brands, from casting, crew, and locations through the run of show and post-production.

I’ve produced for EBY by Sofia Vergara, Charlotte Tilbury, Dove, and Axe, with shoots from New York and Los Angeles to Sardinia and Cartagena. I’ve worked with the team on client accounts including Thigh Society and Porte + Hall, both in our Growth Stories. On set, I run the show so everyone else can do their best work.
